By downloading, installing, or using Pockei, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Pockei is a mobile application that uses AI to scan receipts and invoices, extract financial data, track warranties, store serial numbers and product keys, and help you manage your purchase records.

3. Account

You can create an account using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. Free & Pro Plans

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You can cancel at any time through your device settings. No refunds for partial billing periods.

5. AI Accuracy Disclaimer

AI-extracted data may contain errors. Pockei provides a confirmation screen for you to review and edit extracted information before saving. You should always verify data before relying on it for tax, legal, or financial purposes.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to reverse-engineer the app, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pockei is provided “as is” without warranty. NANA AI PTY LTD is not liable for any data loss, financial decisions made based on extracted data, or service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
