Who We Are

Pockei is operated by NANA AI PTY LTD (ABN 94692925), based in New South Wales, Australia. We build tools that help people manage their financial records.

Data We Collect

• Email address (for account authentication via Google or Apple Sign-In)
• Receipt and invoice images you choose to scan
• Extracted data: store name, amounts, dates, categories, warranty dates, serial numbers, and product keys
• Subscription status (managed by Apple/Google via RevenueCat)

How We Use Your Data

• Receipt images are processed by OpenAI (GPT-4o Vision) to extract text. Images are not stored by OpenAI and are not used to train their models.
• Extracted data is stored in our database (Supabase, hosted on AWS) to sync across your devices.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Anonymous, aggregated usage analytics may be collected to improve the app.

Data Storage & Security

• Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
• Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth with industry-standard security.
• We use Row Level Security (RLS) so only you can access your data.

Third-Party Services

• OpenAI — receipt image processing
• Supabase — authentication and data storage
• RevenueCat — subscription management
• Apple/Google — payment processing and authentication

Your Rights

• Access: View all data stored about you within the app.
• Export: Download your receipts as CSV (Pro plan).
• Delete: Remove individual receipts or request full account deletion.
• Portability: Request a copy of all your stored data.

Children

Pockei is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email.
